We have made a conscious choice to integrate sustainability into our daily work, step by step, by taking responsibility for
our surroundings, promoting the mindful use of resources, supporting regional supply chains, and contributing to an

The Sustainability Label South Tyrol ® (Level 2) makes this commitment visible through clear criteria and concrete
measures, which are constantly monitored and refined.
In our company, we base our decisions on values that are fundamental to the region: environmental awareness, quality,
social responsibility, and a strong connection to our territory. These are the principles that guide our daily work.

A photovoltaic system supplies a large part of our energy needs.
A solar panel system provides our hotel, including its pools, with sufficient hot water.
South Tyrolean energy provider Alperia supplies us with 100% green electricity.
Charging stations provide a reliable source of electricity for our guests with environmentally friendly electric vehicles.
The use of plastic is consciously reduced; single-use plastic is generally avoided.
Through meticulous planning and shopping, we minimise kitchen waste.
Our large herb and vegetable garden brings freshness and flavour to your plate.
We get our water from the immediate vicinity. 0 kilometres is our motto.
Our hotel’s fruit orchard and our own Chardonnay Wessobrunn guarantee truly local enjoyment.
Collaborating with local producers and service providers has always been a top priority for us.
Waste is not only correctly separated and recycled, but also avoided wherever possible.
