South Tyrol is a paradise for all cycling enthusiasts. Numerous cycle paths invite you to explore the South Tyrolean landscape. Hop on your bike and explore Val Passiria/Passeiertal. An idyllic cycle path leads along the Passirio/Passer river to St. Leonhard in Passeier, where we recommend a detour to the MuseumPasseier, located at the Sandwirt, the birthplace of Tyrolean freedom fighter Andreas Hofer. One of the most popular cycling routes is the Via Claudia Augusta, which leads through meadows and forests and past the various cultural treasures scattered throughout Val Venosta/Vinschgau.

Golf

If you have a passion for golf, a holiday at the Hotel Wessobrunn is just right for you. There are two modern golf courses conveniently located near our hotel. In Lana, between the orchards and vineyards of the Gutshof Brandis estate, there is a 9-hole course (14km from Hotel Wessobrunn), and the Passeier.Meran Golf Course is located in Val Passiria/Passeiertal (18km from Hotel Wessobrunn). The 18-hole course offers challenging holes and a breathtaking mountain panorama.

Horse riding

How about exploring the beautiful landscape of South Tyrol on horseback? In Meran and Environs, several riding stables and horse farms offer guided rides and riding lessons. Among them are the Reitpark Lana and the Reitclub Meran. Few experiences rival the elegance of exploring South Tyrol on horseback. Rafting
