From March 2024
You have completed kitchen training, experience in all positions in the kitchen (an advantage) as well as a responsible division of work, entrepreneurial thinking, clean and organized way of working, knowledge of inventory management and control, knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines, creativity and flexibility, strong Communication skills, very good product knowledge, a positive attitude and motivation, have good knowledge of German, Italian or English and are a team player
Area of responsibility
- Representing the Chef de Cuisine
- You manage and organize your position on your own responsibility and report to the Chef de Cuisine
- Together with the Chef de Cuisine, you will put together new dishes and develop the menu
- Guarantee that everything runs smoothly during the service
- Compliance with the specified quality and hygiene standards and pursuing the “No Waste” principle
- Monitoring of inventory (magazine, cold rooms, lots) and incoming goods (quality control, compliance with HACCP standards)
