Tasks:

• You look after guests in the bar area (continuous working hours).
• Setting the dining room for evening service and preparing the mise en place
• Assisting with evening service and providing beverage and wine service
• You prepare hotel drinks and international cocktails.
• You assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• You keep the inventory in check and the bar in order.
• You recommend matching drinks to the hotel’s dishes.
